All of us hear how important it is to cut down on our salt intake. Still, it’s hard to do when forced to eat something that tastes bland.  However, I found a great mix of herbs with my recipe for salt-free seasoning that can add that needed flavor and not sodium for health without making any sacrifices in the taste department.

This herb salt substitute blend is good on practically everything from chicken, fish, meat, bean dishes, and vegetables.

Start gradually cutting back on that salt.  If you gradually ease into using a herb salt substitute on your food such as with my recipe, you will be doing your body a world of good.  After all, too much sodium makes the body retain fluids and force the heart working harder while putting needless pressure on other organs as well.
