Replacing your salt shaker with my Herb Salt Substitute is a healthier alternative and delicious.

All of us hear how important it is to cut down on our salt intake. Still, it’s hard to do when forced to eat something that tastes bland.  However, I found a great mix of herbs with my Herb Salt Substitute recipe that can help add the necessary flavor without making any sacrifices in the taste department.

This Herb Salt Substitute blend is good on practically everything from chicken, fish, meat, bean dishes, and vegetables.

Start gradually cutting back on that salt.  If you gradually ease into using a herb salt substitute on your food such as with my recipe, you will be doing your body a world of good.  After all, too much sodium makes the body retain fluids and force the heart working harder while putting needless pressure on other organs as well.

Trying my Herb Salt Substitute can help benefit your body in so many different ways. Your blood pressure for one will improve.  You’ll help to lessen your chances of developing a stroke, heart failure, osteoporosis, and even kidney disease. So shake my herb mixture and still enjoy your food and health!

You also might want to try two other Herbal Salt-Free Seasoning Blends. Both offer different twists from their unique flavor blends to transform any dish or recipe.
