Pureology Colour Stylist Collection Review

Pureology Colour Stylist Collection
Pureology Colour Stylist Collection provides the gentle hair care formulations that can keep your hair color lasting longer.

When I received the six products of Pureology Colour Stylist collection to review, I just had to try them out on my freshly colored hair.  I was curious how a new strengthening anti-fade complex enhanced with Keravis protein would work to protect my treated hair from anti-breakage while also keeping the color, condition, shine, and hold the way I liked for my style.

My first experiment was with the Pureology Colour Stylist Fortifying Heat Spray, which I applied to my still damp washed hair before adding some Colour Stylist Silk Bodifier, a Voluminizing Mousse to the layers around my face and ends.

For my side swept bangs, I tried the Colour Stylist Nourishing Nectar, Sculpting Gel, which was awesome for increased control and extra radiance with a mirror-like shine from the reflective lipid extracts when I added just a touch of Colour Stylist Cuticle Polisher, the Shine Serum, and worked some into them.  My bangs tend to grown downward and need a heavy duty product to keep them out of my face and this sculpting gel was advertised for firmer type hold than the mousse.

After I blew and styled my hair, I loved how full my hair looked and yet soft without that sticky feeling of products.  Also, I liked how my dark hair picked up light every time I turned my head, gleaming now like dark shards of glass.   Even my bangs with the heavier sculpting gel managed to keep them in place and side swept, which is a feat for most products I use and did this miracle feat without stiffness and stickiness for that type of control.

I finished styling with the Pureology Colour Stylist Strengthening Control, Zero Dulling Hairspray. What impressed me about this product was the firm control without feeling any hardness.  My hair had movement, but a nice soft, flexible hold that left my shine brilliant.

The next day I tried the Colour Stylist AntiSplit Blow Dry, a Styling Cream, which gave me a softer hold than the Voluminizing Mousse while adding moisture and shine to my hair as I dried.

For what ever type hair you have, this Pureology Colour Stylist line is worth checking out for gorgeous hair with olive oil to repair, camelina oil to enhance colour and protect against humidity, and coriander oil for that intense shimmering power!
