Sun Shower Healthy Smoothie Recipe and Review
Sun Shower Juice

Recently, I was contacted to review a new line of juice revved up with powerful health benefits.  I was unaware of Sun Shower Juice from NBI Juiceworks until being approached to do this review and giveaway.

Superfood Smoothies that I received  were: Defense–Berry, Revitalize–Apple, Kiwi, Mango, Heart Healthy–Tropical Passion, and Stamina–Grape, Apple.   This group delivers a tasty drink to promote healthy cell growth, heart health to help in lowering blood pressure.

The Natural Super Juices (100% pure) are great tasting while being loaded with vitamins, minerals and nutrients, including iron and potassium to revitalize and energize while helping to keep your blood pressure low.  I tried the Nectarine, Nectarine Mango, Nectarine Pomegranate, and the Nectarine Berry.

After sampling the assortment I was sent, I thought Sun Shower juices were on the tart side, but a delicious way to get those vitamins, antioxidants and minerals, especially helpful for problem eaters for extra nutrition.

If you want a fabulous smoothie, you need to try my Sun Shower Healthy Smoothie recipe I created below because it is yummy and kid approved!

Sun Shower Healthy Smoothie

1 bottle (8-oz.) of  Sun Shower Natural Super Juice (I used Nectarine Berry)
1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
1/2 cup of cooked rice
1/2 cup of ice
1/3 cup of milk
1/2 cup of cottage cheese
1/2 cup of raisins

Pour your milk, cooked rice, and raisins in your blender and blend thoroughly before adding the cottage cheese and liquifying everything until smooth.  Add the Sun Shower Natural Juice  (Nectarine Berry), cinnamon, and ice into your blender and blend again until smooth.

I honestly think Sun Shower juices are perfect for safeguarding the health of those you love in the most delectable way possible!  The elderly, those recovering from illness and picky eaters would especially benefit from these wonderful products.
