Find Out Which Foods Can Either Flatten or Make Your Stomach Bloat!

We’ve all been there.  You can eat something and a little while later you can puff out the tummy like a blowfish.  The reason your stomach can swell up like that after eating is due to the foods that you’re digesting.

According to some studies, if you want to keep your belly flat there are certain recommended foods that help in digestion to naturally flush out water gain.  Try eating more blueberries, salmon, watermelon, asparagus, and citrus fruits. 

If you want something really refreshing instead of coffee and tea, you might want to squeeze some fresh lemon into a glass of water and drink.  You will notice how much flatter that tummy stays down the more coffee is out of the picture.

On the other hand, foods that are high in sodium and sugar will make you retain liquids and expand the tummy area like a balloon with excess water weight.  Soy sauce, canned soups, alcohol, popcorn, and dried fruits are foods to be careful of not overeating.  Otherwise, you could quickly become uncomfortable in those stylish and tight new pair of designer jeans!
