Today, I have a wonderful recipe for you with my Chocolate-Chip Orange Muffins. With a delicious combination of chocolate chips, grated orange peel and a tad of cinnamon, these moist muffins are the perfect treats to serve with your Sunday brunch. This recipe doesn’t require much effort and is sure to please with a delicate orange flavor mingling with a hint of cinnamon that sets the taste apart.
If you don’t have any oranges to grate, you can always substitute a teaspoon of orange extract for the grated orange peel. This will taste just as wonderful.
The next time you want to try a new muffin, I do hope you will attempt to make my Chocolate-Chip Orange Muffins recipe. These muffins do disappear fast so you might want to bake a double batch.
If you love muffins as much as we do, then I have some other family favorites that you also might want to try. My Jelly Doughtnut Muffins with Cinnamon-Sugar Topping, Favorite Cornmeal Muffins, Delectable Ricotta Pineapple Muffins, and my Nutty Topped Pumpkin-Coconut Muffins.
