Try My Banana French Toast and Splurge a Little

Banana  French-toast
An easy, special twist to breakfast with my Banana French Toast recipe.


Instead of rushing around the kitchen grabbing a quick bite as you normally do during the week, I thought the weekend was the perfect time to enjoy a leisurely breakfast with this recipe that I have for you today. My incredible Banana French Toast elevates the delectable goodness of a classic family favorite by adding blended banana and extra spices to the mix, giving it a different, but oh so delicious taste.

Making my recipe calls for taking out your blender or food processor so you can combine all the ingredients smooth enough to dip your bread in.

If you also happen to have any ripe bananas that you don’t want to waste, this recipe can come in handy as well.

My Banana French Toast


3 large eggs
3/4 cup of milk
1-1/2 bananas
3/4 tablespoon of cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 tablespoon of sugar
3-4 tablespoons of canola oil to fry
8 slices of bread

Combine the eggs, milk, bananas, spices, and sugar in your blender or food processor and process or blend until you have a smooth enough egg mixture to dunk the bread in.

Heat your oil over medium heat first.

After it heats up some to fry, start dipping the bread into the egg mixture and cook on both sides until golden brown.

Serve with maple syrup or fruit.
