BedVoyage Eco-Luxury Bamboo Queen Duvet Cover Review + ($179.99-$199.99) Giveaway!–Ends September 22, 2016

BedVoyage Duvet Cover Packaged
You never realized the comfort difference until sleeping on bamboo fabric.

It’s important to be comfortable if we intend to get that rest we need to stay healthy. Bamboo bedding like the Duvet Cover that I received from BedVoyage for this review/giveaway is not only stylish, but ideal for snuggling up and getting cozy against without the worry of harsh chemicals needed to treat the fabric like conventional petroleum-based microfibers, formaldehyde-treated cotton or flame retardants used in most traditional bedding.

The one I selected was their Queen Duvet Cover in Mocha/Ivory. This reversible 100% rayon cover with its accent stripe can dress up any bedroom with its striking simplicity and slight sheen.  You can’t help but love how easily it was to stuff this lightweight duvet cover through its practically invisible zipper that ran across the entire bottom.

opened duvet cover.jpeg
This fabric has a lovely soft sheen to feel almost like satin.

Once I was finished making the bed, I was tempted to crawl in and take a nap with how comfortable that duvet cover felt against my fingertips.   I resisted since I had too much to do to spare the time with only a few more hours until bedtime anyway.

Let me tell you, but this bamboo duvet cover made a chilly summer night pleasant to sleep through due to its thermal regulating.   I was not too hot or too cold, but felt blissful cuddling against that satin-like fabric that is so breathable due to its moisture wicking.

My love affair with BedVoyage began once I began sleeping on their eco-luxury bamboo sheets that I reviewed a few months ago.  Once you experience a night sleeping pampered by this bamboo fabric and compare with your old bedding, only then will you appreciate how much more comfy your bed can be.

What else you may not be aware of is that  rayon fabric doesn’t need hot water when you launder this duvet cover since it is resistant to bacteria.  It also won’t hold odor or mildew.  However, bamboo bedding is more delicate and needs to be washed in cold to warm water with milder or eco-friendly liquid detergent for extending the longest life and avoiding the fabric from piling.

For more info on how to care for bamboo bedding, read my earlier review for more details.

Sometimes, all it takes is a good night’s sleep to feel better and be more productive like relaxing in the soothing contentment of  thermal regulating bedding.  If your goal is better sleep, I highly recommend visiting BedVoyage and trying their bamboo bedding out like this duvet cover and sheet set or bamboo towels, blankets, shams, and crib bedding because you can get 15% off their entire product line when you enter my nuts4stuff coupon code at checkout from now until this giveaway ends on September 22, 2016!

I learned that because of the micro-structure of bamboo it draws the moisture away from the body faster than cotton. This feature keeps you drier throughout the night, which will sure help with the night sweats.
