How to Recharge Tired Feet After Shopping

How to Energize Tired Feet After Shopping Woman With Tired Feet
This beauty was almost afraid of how she would finish shopping until finding help in this post.

Some prefer to let their fingers do the walking instead of feet with key strokes on the computer to shop for their holiday gifts.  Nonetheless, if you prefer the old-fashioned method of shopping at brick and mortar stores, then your feet might be suffering and feeling more tired than usual.  Even though you still have more physical shopping left to do, here is the help you need to recharge   tired feet so you can finish without complaint.

Before you begin to shop for others, do a kindness for yourself.  Make a pit stop to a drug store or whatever you buy your beauty products and browse foot moisturizers and scrubs.  Look for ones with foot reviving ingredients like rosemary, mint, peppermint essential oil, eucalyptus, and citrus.  Formulas that contain any of those ingredients can make a difference to recharge tired feet again!

When I find myself in this type of fix, I like to treat my feet to a soothing soak.  One I highly recommend is my DIY Mint Foot Soak.

That is a great idea to reenergize your feet! I could use something like that after standing up substitute teaching all day.
