This three-pan Elevation Mini Highlighter Palette is compact and perfect if you plan on traveling or carrying in your handbag with its smaller size. It also comes with a fan brush, which is nice to find.

Inside, you get three different shades of vitamin-E enriched powders. Boost is a shimmering champagne highlight. Attitude is basically white intertwined with traces of pink and violet-blue. It also has some gleam to it, but offers more of a powder finish. Upgrade is a soft rose-gold highlight that also lends a delicate gleam to wherever you need it.
My complexion ranges between fair to light. I thought Boost and Upgrade worked well for me just as I feel they would for others with the same skin tone. Attitude doesn’t provide that same subtle glow since it is the palette’s color correcting powder.
Yet, all is not perfect. You do get some fallout, which may bother some.
