Those hot sauce fanatics that can’t wait for new varieties of spicy burning sensations to tease their taste buds with will be delighted to hear that my Fuego Box February 2019 arrived. Let me tell you, fellow devotees of the flame, this month’s assortment of the artisan hot sauces will provide a wild ride of fiery eating enjoyment.

The best advantage of subscribing to Fuego Box is the unusual selection of hot sauces they select from small manufacturers. Each monthly box includes three hot sauces priced at $29.95 per quarter with no extra USA shipping. Trust me, but I doubt that you would be able to find such distinct brands and flavor combinations commonly where you shop. In addition, you also get a reference card that provides details about each sauce and the manufacturer to help expand knowledge on this hot sauce journey.

Even those that are not particularly fond of hot sauces would appreciate the value of a hot sauce subscription for cooking and altering recipes for what their extraordinary flavors can add.  The perfect example is my recipe for Black Bean Patties that uses Ponzu Hot Sauce from Volcanic Peppers Company.  This brown hot sauce with its steak-like sort of flavor really adds an awesome element to my recipe to take it to greatest.

Besides all that, hot sauces help the waistline keeping the body better equipped for burning more calories to jumpstart the metabolism.

Now that you know how much I value my hot sauce, let me show you more examples of their glory with the Fuego Box February 2019.

Sweet Ghost Pepper Sauce from Mikey V’s is a devilishly hot, sweeter sauce that I am familiar with that is perfect for topping dishes like scrambled eggs, fried fish or vegan burgers. It also is wonderful for incorporating in marinades and stir-fry sauces for adding an extra kick of wicked, spicy flavor.

The second bottle in the Fuego Box February 2019 trio is the Red Armadillo Hot Sauce from Angry Goat Pepper Co. This one has a medium heat to its smoky sweetness in a spice blend that includes red chiles and maple syrup. I loved what it tasted like on my tuna patty last night to change it up.

Born to Hula Harvest Season Three: Chocolate Reaper is the final hot sauce in the Fuego Box February 2019 assortment. This one has pumpkin pie spices along with the chocolate reaper pepper in this hot heat. Personally, this one is not my favorite. I like the taste of pumpkin pie separately. However, you could feel differently.

If you’re looking to experience new ways to appreciate your dishes, Fuego Box offers a monthly hot sauce taste adventure for your food. Check their website out!

Never heard of this box Fuego before. I am not a hot sauce fan, a mild one works for me, of course I just buy the smallest bottle I can find on the shelf. My great niece carries a bottle in her purse so she always has that HOT stuff

I am surprised the ghost pepper was sweet! I tried one and my mouth was o fire. I know plenty who eat them and a box like this would be perfect.

Don’t forget the hotness is balanced with the spices and vinegar to tame it than direct contact. Besides, I always have some milk handy handy in case my mouth can’t take the burn.
