To begin with, Fuego Box April 2019 introduced me to YAYA’s Spice Company Lemon Pepper hot sauce.  This product has Louisiana hot peppers, onions, garlic, spices, and lemon juice to round out its medium heat. This was delicious on my hard-boiled eggs, but is one of those versatile hot sauces that can dress up practically any dish you usually add it.

The second hot sauce in the Fuego Box April 2019 trio was from Bushwich Sauce Co. with their Ghost Pepper Tequila Lavender. I had expected to burn up my tongue from this sauce infused with ghost peppers, tequila and floral lavender, but this sauce had a nice balance of heat to flavor to give it just the right gusto. This one I sampled for the first time on my chicken, but I am going to add some to my egg salad next time. This was another choice that is adaptable to most foods that you use hot sauce on.

The last bottle in my Fuego Box April 2019 was from The People’s Sauce with their Jalabanero. I consider this one a milder medium heat with jalapenos and habernos that was tamed by lime juice, tomato, onions, and spices. This was tasty when I added to my hamburger to top it, but you would probably like it on any sort of meat or poultry as well.  Next, I will try to use some of this hot sauce when making meatloaf.

If you are dying to get more zest out of life, a Fuego Box subscription is the way to go for the extra savory deliciousness it can bring to your food. The cost is $29.95 per month with FREE USA shipping for a trio of hot sauces. You also can a reference card about the hot sauces and ideas on how to enjoy. I am learning to use hot sauce a little bit here and there. If they packaged small sample sizes in a box I would get it. If I had these size bottles it would last me for years 🙂 and they all sound good
