For $21 a month and free USA shipping, this beauty box subscription delivers five full and sample sizes from luxury brands. Each Glossybox usually includes makeup, skin and hair care, nail products, fragrances to tools that you’ll obsess over if you’re like me with a far higher value than that subscription price.

One thing that I want to make clear is that Glossybox does send out a few variations of each monthly box. Therefore, what I’m about to show you with my Glossybox May 2019 collection may have one or two products that your box may not have. Regardless, the value of each box is always about the same.

With that said, I won’t keep you in suspense any longer as to my Glossybox May 2019. So I hope you get comfortable and let me share my thoughts.

I was delighted to find the Daily Concepts Daily Body Scrubber in my box. I needed a new body scrubber. Unlike some more abrasive scrubbers, this one is meant for sensitive skin and designed to lather better than a sponge while exfoliating. A great thing is this scrubber comes with a suction attachment to hang it on your wall. Also, it has built-in technology to let you know when this scrubber needs replaced. Now what is there not to love?

Purlisse Coconut Oil + Coffee Sugar Body Scrub is any coffee-lovers delight from the scent this scrub has. It is a wonderful help for exfoliating hips and thighs and smoothing those areas prone to cellulite due its caffeine. It also makes shaving legs easier from that infusion of coconut oil.

I also found another Purlisse product with their Watermelon Energizing Aqua Balm. My skin is on the dry side, but this made my skin comfortable even though it was geared more for oily, combination or normal skin. It is a gel-cream that absorbed quickly without feeling heavy on the skin. Furthermore, it is loaded with beneficial vitamins A, B, C, aloe vera, white tea, and cucumber in a luscious watermelon scent.

Another product in my Glossybox May 2019 that I got to try for the first time was Oryza Beauty Dewy Glow Beauty Balm. This is a heavy duty, scent-free moisturizer for areas such as elbows, heels, and hands that get extra dry. Though it has some wonderful restorative oils such as jojoba, sunflower, safflower and bran oils along with shea butter and vitamin E, it does have petrolatum and a derivative of it in the form of paraffin as major ingredients. Those two ingredients may give some people reason for concern. I would not use this product on my lips since paraffin does not break down easily if you ingest it. It does help lubricate those excessively dry areas quite well from how it worked on my heels.

Grow Gorgeous Grow Gorgeous Back Into The Roots was a refreshing mint and herbs scalp treatment for clearing product buildups, dead cells to scrub the scalp with. I loved the invigorating feel as I rubbed and the improved look of my hair that I later discovered.

Kocostar is a brand that I’m familiar. This company makes an incredible foot mask that is the best one I’ve ever tried for softening the feet. Therefore, I was thrilled to find two more masks from them in my box with the Cucumber and Watermelon. Unlike a full sheet mask, each packet has 12 mini mask fruit slices. You can place them where you want that extra help or wear them all over. Since the packet can’t be resealed, you want to use all the slices at once or store them in a zip-lock bag or clean container for another time like I did. I simply adore Kocostar and these new masks for the intense hydration and nutrient rich ingredients they use.

Personally, I thought Glossybox May 2019 was the perfect fruity assortment of natural skin care to get your complexion ready for summer. Being a fan of Korean skin care, this particular box makes a great introduction to show you what you’re missing like the Kocostar masks, a top favorite of mine. You can still order this box if you hurry so do visit the company’s website company’s website to subscribe.
