      Hi Gloria,

      Be careful and look for some sort of industry standard on the label BEFORE you buy any vitamins or supplements–even the ones you see locally at your grocery stores or pharmacies. They are not regulated and can really cause you lots of misery. I had a terrible experience. Read this post about it.
