Tired, sore feet are easy to come by. Instead of suffering when you don’t have time for a long soak in a soothing foot bath, I like to turn to blasting my feet with this simple recipe for my refreshing homemade foot spray.
What is great about this homemade foot spray is that it disinfects with tea tree, eucalyptus, and peppermint essential oils, and witch hazel. In the process, the feet experience a wonderful cooling sensation from this combination as they work on inflammation and help invigorate them before you know it.
Tea tree essential oil also comes in handy if you have any funky looking toenails that may be harboring a fungal infection. According to one study, it is effective for dealing with the fungus Trichophyton rubrum, which is the same fungus responsible for athletes’ foot.
To me, nothing is more miserable than sore feet. I hope that your feet don’t hurt. But if they do, this DIY recipe for my refreshing homemade foot spray is worth trying. When you have time to devote to soaking, then my DIY Mint Foot Soak, Lavender and Frankincense Foot Soak, and Smoothing Foot Fix. Each does something a bit differently to beautify and heal the feet, but are among my favorites. In fact, you also should check out my DIY Reviver for tired feet and legs that also works wonders.

I don’t have this problem, retired 🙂 BUT I have a lot of family on their feet all day long. I think I should make this for Christmas for them.
