Crunchy Mama Box is another new subscription box of natural and eco-friendly products that you may want to explore sent for this review. It is a monthly box curated by a holistic health and wellness coach that may be just what you need to treat yourself, relatives or friends far away, especially when life overwhelms or special occasions arise.

The Crunchy Mama Box is a total wellness subscription that arrives with five to eight full size self-care items for body, mind and soul. The price is $39.99 a month with free United States shipping. The shipping to other countries is higher and varies.
I really wasn’t sure what Crunchy Mama Box products in their self-care box to expect until it arrived for this review. However, I was pleasantly surprised at the variety and coordination of how the items went together to make the grouping so special. Therefore, let me help illustrate further with what I discovered in the July 2020 box.
The first product in my Crunchy Mama Box July 2020 that I sampled was the Rosa Damascena Biocellulose Peel Mask. This is a nutrient-enriched sheet mask with 100% pure Damask rose water and plant micro fibers that helps soften and revive a dull complexion. I never used a mask that you leave on for an hour, but it did make a beautiful difference for my skin.
Next, I sample the Raw Elements Lip Rescue SPF 30. It was welcome news for dry lips as I gardened with its wonderful moisturizing blend of teas, safflower oil, cocoa butter, mango butter, vitamin E, and other certified organic ingredients with non nano zinc oxide for the SPF protection.
I also found a pair of eco-friendly wooden sunglasses, which always can come in handy to throw an extra pair in your car, a handbag, etc.

To self-care internally, Crunchy Mama Box for the July 2020 review included a Chocolate Peanut Butter Green Smoothie Mix from the Kuli Kuli Company along with an electric hand mixer and batteries to operate it with. This energy drink derived from moringa had me really curious what its leaves, peanut butter and cocoa with organic pea protein would taste like. To my delight, it was quite good for recharging drained energy.
Another Kuli Kuli Company item inside the July assortment was their Organic Pure Moringa Vegetable Powder. You can add this inflammation fighting powder to enrich vegetable dishes or add more to your smoothie. Believe it or not, moringa has more nutritional value than kale, which is impressive.
Crunchy Mama Box also sent out a wood trivet, which I honestly was glad to find for laying hot pots down.
In keeping with the season, Crunchy Mama Box also provided a very soft fuzzy scrunchie for keeping hair in a pontytail as part of this monthly review. You’ll probably want to pet it because of its cuddly fabric.
To keep yourself centered, this monthly wellness box sent a meditation stone out of citrine. This yellow stone is believed to help usher in positive energy as you concentrate and visualize its restorative light flowing into your body.
If you are looking for a total wellness subscription that also gives back a portion of their profit to charity through the YWCA Knoxville and the Tennessee Valley, a nonprofit organization, Crunchy Mama Box is one box that you should try. I even have a coupon code that can save you 10% off your first box when you through my link and enter CRUNCHYKISSES at checkout.
I have never heard of this subscription box. Looks like a fun one!
