Vegan protein bars and protein cookies are wonderful for when you are craving something healthier as well as sweet or when you don’t always have time to eat. The problem with some protein and cookie bars is that some are far closer to candy bars or cookies than they are satisfying hunger with the actual nutrition they possess. However, I just sampled the best tasting vegan protein bars and protein cookies products from Bhu Foods for this review that really filled me up and left me convinced I found the best of them yet.

The Bhu Foods Vegan Protein Bars that I tried were their Bhu Fit Superfood Chocolate Chip + Fudge Brownie Batter bars. These bars have pea protein, sunflower butter, coconut oil with monk fruit for sweetness with two grams of sugar, 14 grams of protein, and nine grams of fiber in a 190-calorie bar. Furthermore, their vegan protein bars are non-GMO and gluten-free as well.
Now that I gave you a little background of some of their amazing ingredients used, let me get to the taste. The Chocolate Chip + Fudge Brownie Batter bars from Bhu for this review were abundant with rich chocolate that was delectable and so smooth when it melts in the mouth that you truly feel like you are enjoying a sinful chocolate brownie with its great texture. You really would be surprised at how utterly decadent this protein bar tasted without any hint of chalky pea protein. Trust me on this, but the taste of this can gratify that longing for real chocolate to keep your diet and healthier eating on track.
Just as important, this vegan protein bar from Bhu Foods actually accomplished the trick of how it made me feel content until the next meal. I can’t honestly say that about some other nutrition bars that I have tried in the past.

Bhu Foods also sent along a 10 bar box of their Vegan Protein Cookies Variety Pack with Chocolate Chip and Double Dark Chocolate Protein Cookies. Inside each packet, you get one delicious thick cookie that has 10 grams of protein, zero grams of sugar and nine grams of fibers that has 200 calories. Though both were incredibly good, I have become addicted to the Double Dark Chocolate Protein Cookies in particular. The blend of their chocolate fortified with more chocolate chips can send any chocolate lover over the edge savoring each bite. Yet, you can eat one and not feel guilty like you do otherwise. The funny thing is you really are satisfied enough eating one these Bhu Foods Vegan Protein Cookies than when you sit down and polish off several of the conventional kind.
I don’t know if you ever tried this company’s vegan protein bars and protein cookies. Until recently through this review, Bhu Foods and their products were brand new to me. But now that I found them, I am sure to want more of their wonderful vegan products. Check the company’s website and browse because they really make the best vegan protein bars and protein cookies that I ever tasted.
