Masami Styling Cream Review/Giveaway–Ends 9/28/2020

masami styling cream

If you’re trying to revive your hair from the damaging effects of summer, you need serious hair care products that go the extra mile. Nourishing and coaxing hair back to its former glory is what Masami, a luxury hair care brand from Japan does best with its professional salon line of hair care products such as the Masami Mekabu Styling Cream sent for this review and giveaway.

The reason Masami hair care products have something special for returning beauty to your hair is because they harvest a special ocean botanical called mekabu, a storehouse of minerals, algae and vitamins such as A, C, E, and K to benefit hair. This brown seaweed also has a component called fucoidan that can help stimulate hair matrix cells for the look of more health and vitality.

You may be more familiar with wakame in regard to this particular seaweed than mekabu. Wakame is the upper, leafy part that is commonly found in Japanese dishes while a bit lower toward the root section is more commonly known as mekabu.

Something else to admire is that Masami is keeping true to its mission of only incorporating good for you ingredients from nature such as grape seed oil, almond oil, vitamin E, etc. while also sustaining the health of the ocean’s ecosystem. Their line is clean, vegan, cruelty-free and also avoids the use of phthalates, sulfates and parabens.

This Masami Mekabu Styling Cream is a looser and white consistency of a hairstyling cream with a lovely, light scent I discovered through this review. I liked the fact that I only needed a small amount that provided my hair with a flexible hold without feeling hard or tacky, only softer. I also noticed extra shine.

Believe it or not, I used some on my stubborn bangs for keeping them back on the side. In addition, I used some through the layers of my hair to help shape the curls. Usually, I need the strongest form of gel, shaping cream, wax or paste to make the bangs behave. However, I had control without my bangs crashing down on my face for a good part of the day, which really surprised me for such a flexible hold.

I really loved Masami hair care and this Mekabu Styling Cream ($36) because it acts like a treatment as well as styling product. What more could any woman or man want from their hair care product?

My advice is to try the Masami Mekabu Styling Cream shared here with you for this review and giveaway and their hair care line difference and see what is possible for your own hair. You really will love this company. Shop at their website or find them at spokeandweal.com.
