An Oriental woody perfume that can weave its exotic spell over your senses to intoxicate with its sophisticated blend of beautiful notes is Black Lotus perfume by Floral Street sent for this review. This vegan perfume was crafted by perfumer, Jerome Epinette for this UK-based company in 2017. Trust me, but if you are searching for an unforgettable floral fragrance for yourself or another this holiday season, this is one that can make you feel sexier and more confident in its chic warmth this winter.

Floral Street Black Lotus perfume opens with saffron, pink pepper and sour cherry that make you take notice instantly with its intriguing spicy allure. You can’t help but feel captivated and drawn to its mysterious start.
As the Black Lotus perfume warms in the heart, the spiciness of that opening is more subdued and laid back due to the influence of its Centifolia rose and black violet I discovered through this review. The effect is haunting in how the heart notes add yet another layer of complexity to this perfume. Wearing it seems to shower you in a soft wrap of pure elegance that is hard to look away from.
All awhile, the Black Lotus perfume by Floral Street is artfully seducing those in its path with a smoky quality to the rose and violet notes by the time it dries down in the base due to notes of leather, labdanum, patchouli, and musk.
I honestly wish that a computer had capabilities to share the actual scent of this Black Lotus Floral Street perfume provided for this review through the screen because it is simply sensational. It is also very long wearing due to its 20% oil concentration and free of synthetic dyes, pthalates, parabens, mineral oil, petrolatum, and paraffins, which pleases me to no end. The only problem now is that I am torn and can’t decide on my top favorite of these Floral Street perfumes that I tried so far, especially Iris Goddess and Chypre Sublime for winter.
You can find the Floral Street Black Lotus perfume at the company’s website. It ranges from the smallest size of 0.34 oz. for $28, the 1.7 oz. for $78 and the 3.4 oz. for $129. Seriously, it is one perfume that you wish for this holiday season if you adore a complicated Oriental floral.
