Depending on how much you sweat, you may be skeptical about natural deodorant vs. regular deodorant with environmentally friendly ingredients instead of chemicals. Both forms aren’t perfect so let me explain some pros and cons of each to clear up the stink about natural deodorant vs. regular deodorant.
Regular deodorant does control the odor better than natural deodorant that only masques the stink. The reason the regular type can keep your pits drier is due to the aluminum compounds to stop that underarm wetness with how they block the pores. However, with how they work to lock in moisture within the pores, they can also intensify that offending smell.
Though the healthier natural deodorant doesn’t harbor the same type of potentially harmful ingredient that may be linked to breast cancer to Alzheimer’s disease, you could become allergic with redness, irritation to itching due to any of the formula’s eco-friendly’s ingredients such as an essential oil.
On the other hand, aluminum mingling with some types of sweat has a tendency to stain that fabric under your arms. Since a natural deodorant is void of aluminum, sulfates and other questionable chemicals, the under arms of your tops will probably stay cleaner.
Both forms of deodorant also are formulated with moisturizing ingredients despite whether chemical or from plants to smooth the skin of that area. This puts them on equal grounds in that respect.
Regular deodorant vs. natural deodorant also is usually less expensive than the price of the other because of their eco-sourced plant ingredients and green technology. At the same time, it often is easier to find locally with lots more brands where you shop than the natural deodorant that may be allotted less shelf space.
