Already it sounds intriguing, but wait until I tell you what my current spicy hot sauce trio was like for this month. Though I love them all, Fuego Box July 2022 did burn its way to my heart with exceptional picks for this box.

The first one that I want to tell you about was from Eye of Ra with their Embers hot sauce. Imagine the taste of charred blackened habanero and jalapeno peppers, garlic, shallot, vinegar, and spices and that goodness like they just came off a grill that radiates a satisfying medium heat. This is the delicious effect of what this sauce tastes like. I tried it for the first time on fish, but next time I am going to put it in sloppy joes, eggs or barbecue.

Nest, I sampled another from award-winning hot sauce makers, Dawson’s Hot Sauce called Cedar Smoked Garlic. This one also was brimming with awesome flavor with smoked garlic, habanero peppers, immersed in a specially crafted white wine vinegar to result in a medium heat hot sauce with a woodsy hint to the flavor. It was great on my burger. It also would be good on chicken, pork, adding to soups or eggs.

Finally, from the Whisker Bomb company there was Have Mercy hot sauce. This one is a mouth scorcher with very hot with high heat from a mix of cayenne and habanero peppers. I highly recommend keeping a glass of milk handy to douse the flames that burn in your mouth. However, once you get the feeling back in your taste buds, then you can appreciate the delicious hot and spicy notes of this hot sauce. This one is going into my chili recipes.

Hot sauce lovers definitely need to visit the company’s website and subscribe.
