I normally am leery of reviewing any form of vitamin or supplement, but I was intrigued at all the USDA organic ingredients formula behind Chimes Gourmet Ginger Chews with 500 mg. of apple cider vinegar and 30 mg. of ginger. Apple cider vinegar also may assist with weight loss and does have antioxidants and other restorative properties. In addition, it also aids the body in lowering blood sugar just as ginger does. Ginger also helps nausea and digestion. However, the combination of these powerful ingredients seemed like a pleasant way to get those health benefits.

I had been drinking two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water to help with weight loss. Otherwise, I would use it as a diy home remedy for a sore throat or cough. These ginger chews have a slightly peppery sort of kick to them, which was an easier way to swallow apple cider vinegar on its own.

I haven’t used the whole bottle of 60 Chimes gummies yet to know everything that they are capable of doing for the body, but I have noticed that they do help with digestion. This result could be more likely due to the fact the apple cider vinegar in the formula is made from the mother taken from the culture of beneficial bacteria it originated from. If you are slightly constipated, these chews do seem to help move things out of your system.

One gummy or two is recommended to supplement with. I was eating one a day and found that was working for me.

If you are interested in a preferable way to benefit from two of nature’s best remedies of apple cider vinegar made from the mother and ginger, then Chimes Gourmet Ginger Chews is more convenient with a nice spicy taste to them. Check them out at the company’s website.
