Cinnamon Coffee Bars Recipe – An Easy and Delicious Dessert

Cinnamon Coffee Bars on Plate

If you’re searching for a quick and delicious dessert, then look no further. This recipe for cinnamon coffee bars is exceptionally scrumptious with rich coffee and cinnamon flavor besides chewy raisins in a moist cake-like bar. Though you always have the option of adding a glaze, I prefer this cookie bars recipe plain with a cup of coffee or a glass of milk.

Something else that will please you is these soft coffee cookies won’t consume your whole day baking. I use oil for this recipe, which helps reduce creaming time and will let you get these cookies in the oven sooner.

Another plus to this recipe is the ingredients are inexpensive and probably in your kitchen or pantry right now. Don’t you hate when you’re in the mood to bake and discover you lack an ingredient or two?

I hope that you print out my cinnamon coffee bars recipe because it really can be a wonderful addition to your recipe collection. In another mixing bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

Next, pour the dry ingredients a little a time into the wet ingredients and mix thoroughly until all those ingredients are incorporated.

Blend in the raisins last.

Pour into a well-greased 13 x 9″ baking pan.

Bake in a 350-degree oven for about 15 minutes, depending on how your oven is regulated. Test with a toothpick, cake tester or a slender knife to see if anything sticks determining doneness.

Allow to cool a few minutes, but score the bars while they are still warm.
