I only use healthier organic chicken that is antibiotic and hormone free, which reduces the risk of developing salmonella since they are allowed to roam. On the other hand, ordinary nonorganic chicken is confined to small spaces while being fed hormones and antibiotics that make them susceptible to passing on salmonella to us.

Try my chicken stir fry with orange juice and molasses because it is an easy and healthy dinner. Please also share my recipe with your family and friends and do come back to my blog for more.
