Peanut Butter Streusel Pie, Uncut

If you want to taste something beyond incredible as the perfect dessert, I have what you have been wishing for. This peanut butter streusel pie recipe is the best marriage of a velvety peanutty custard followed by a layer of peanut streusel topped with a high cloud of delectable meringue in my flaky oil pie crust. Trust me on this, but one bite of this peanut streusel pie and you’ll be hooked. In this post, I’ll share this luscious peanut pie with you along with some helpful tips so it turns out perfectly for you.

Although you can use your favorite pie crust recipe or a prepared crust, I always make my oil pie crust recipe. It may not look as beautiful as some others with shortening, but it is foolproof and a healthier option with olive oil or canola oil instead of artery clogging shortening with all its bad fats. Honestly, readers, this is my only recipe I use these days for pies, quiche, pot pie, and tarts.

Peanut Butter Streusel Pie, Cut Piece

This peanut butter streusel pie recipe is fairly easy. You just have to make a pie shell or open a box before baking the crust first. Remember to use a fork to stab the unbaked crust to prevent it shrinking in spots. Next, it is just making this luscious custard and whipping up the meringue.

Anyone that really craves peanuts or peanut butter would absolutely welcome a big piece of this delicious pie. Give my recipe a try and let me know what you think in the comments. Please also share it with your family and friends because it is a crowd pleaser.
