Why This One-Pot Spanish Rice Recipe Is a Must-Try:

This simple Spanish rice casserole is made with minimal ingredients but still delivers a delicious and economical main dish. It’s also a timesaving recipe that can be prepared in 30 minutes for those busy days when you need something hearty and satisfying.

Bonus: This easy Spanish rice is packed with vegetables to ensure your family gets their daily nutrition. You can even customize the spice level to suit your taste.

Delicious Variations You Also Should Try:

For a spicier kick: Add 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin and 1/4 cup chopped jalapeno peppers.

For a sweeter flavor: Add 1 teaspoon brown sugar and 1/4 cup chili sauce.

For a cheesy twist: Top with 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese during the last 5 minutes of cooking.

I only use grass-fed ground beef these days because I have so much less waste. Buying regular ground beef shrinks away and leaves more grease in the pan than the grass-fed beef from my experience. This really does save money in the long-run besides being a healthier choice. Despite being a #ButcherBoxPartner, I am a consumer just like you and this is the truth. If you don’t believe me, try it yourself and compare.

I hope that you give my Spanish rice with ground beef casserole a try because it is delicious and one of the easiest main dish recipes that you can make. Please do share my recipe with family and friends and do come back to my blog for more.
