Sift the dry ingredients together in a large mixing bowl. Separate the eggs. Add the egg yolks, milk, molasses, vanilla and oil to the dry ingredients. Beat these ingredients with a whisk until smooth. Fold in stiffly beaten egg white last just to incorporate into your waffle batter. I use a silicone brush to spread the teaspoon of oil inside my waffle iron. Allow your waffle iron to heat and then start frying. Keep frying your waffles until you finish the batter. ENJOY!
