Herb Seasoned Oven French Fries
My Herb Seasoned Oven French Fries recipe is a healthier, flavorful alternative to typical French Fries.
  • 2 tablespoons of Dijon Mustard
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 large clove of garlic chopped fine (1 teaspoon of garlic powder can be used, but fresh is best)
  • 1/2 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
  • 4-6 medium potatoes peeled and cut like French Fries (fine slices work too)
  1. Mix everything  together in a 3-quart size mixing bowl until well combined.
  2. Turn the coated potatoes onto a lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2" baking pan.
  3. Bake at 425 degrees for about 35 minutes or until the potatoes are done.
