My Lemon Pepper Tuna Salad is a creamy mix of seasoned olive oil with lemon and peppers along with sour cream, mayonnaise with just some green olive and tuna to lend to that beautiful simplicity on a hot summer day.

  • 1 lb. of corkscrew shaped pasta or elbows
  • 1 jar 6.7 oz. Of Tonnino Tuna Fillets in Lemon Pepper Olive Oil
  • ½ cups of sour cream
  • 1/4 cup of mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons of milk
  • 1/3 cup of chopped sliced pimento-stuffed green olives
  1. In a large mixing bowl, take your cooked, drained pasta and add the jar of tuna fillets complete with the olive oil.
  2. Stir in the rest of the ingredients and mix thoroughly.
  3. Place in a corning dish and cover in your refrigerator until chilled and ready to serve.
