My easy glazed chicken thighs are so simple and so delicious with its luscious sauced meat with an Oriental flare that is so tender it practically does melt in your mouth.

  • 4-6 chicken thighs
  • ½ cups catsup
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • ½ teaspoons ground ginger
  • 2 tablespoons of molasses
  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • 3 cloves of garlic minced
  • ½ teaspoons of hot sauce
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  1. reheat your oven to 350-degree.
  2. Brown your chicken on your stove top in the olive oil before adding the chopped onion and garlic to continue browning until golden brown.
  3. Stir in the catsup, ginger, molasses, soy sauces to the chicken mixture before placing in an oven-proof skillet or casserole that has a lid to bake.
  4. Bake at 350-degrees for about 45 minutes. The chicken when poked with your fork or a knife will be extremely tender.
