My berry smoothie recipe starts with a pack of SmoothieBox 5 berry smoothie, pomegranate juice, low-fat milk, whey protein, and a bit of peanut butter for a delicious, satisfying light meal replacement.

Ingredients
  • 1 pack of SmoothieBox 5 Berry Smoothie makes two servings
  • 1 cup of low-fat milk
  • ½ cups of pomegranate-plum juice or just plain pomegranate juice
  • 1 tablespoon of peanut butter or your favorite nut butter
  • 1 scoop of whey protein scoop is included in the container
Instructions
  1. All needed is walking to the freezer to pull out my Berry Smoothie Pack from SmoothieBox to place in a blender, followed by the milk, peanut butter, and scoop of whey protein.
  2. Blend until creamy and pour into two tall glasses.
  3. To change this recipe, I use an almond, cashew or coconut milk and throw in a ripe banana with 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon.
