We all should drink more water to flush out those toxins and also to help with weight loss.  In fact, did you know that you will be able to drop more pounds if you remember to drink more water? Nonetheless, it often is hard to measure the amount of that water throughout the day.  However, I learned something that I found extremely helpful as a way to drink more water.  As great as that may sound, it  can also save you money buying bottled water.

Hydrating your body with more water doesn’t have to be a chore. What I suggest is this simple fix that can keep you constantly aware of the amount of water you drink each day.

Clean out that water bottle once you’re through with it and refill it at your sink.  Since the bottle is premeasured, you will know exactly how many ounces you drink during a typical day instead of just trying to remember how many glasses you finished.

Another wonderful thing is you can carry this reloaded bottle of water with you to work or anywhere and no one would be the wiser.  You’ll just be saving money on getting rid of an extra expense buying bottled water while finding out exactly how much water you truly are drinking a day.
